Lasha Tsertsvadze

Lasha Tsertsvadze is the Managing Partner of ‘’FLS Full Legal Service”. Also he is an Arbitrator since 2009. Lasha is a member of Georgian Bar Association from the year of 2007.

Lasha worked in the legal committee of Parliament of Georgia, Georgian Embassy in Germany. More than five years Lasha served as the head of litigation and enforcement support division in ‘’Silk Road Bank’’.

Lasha is Doctor of Law and is an Associate Professor of East European University, Adjunct Professor of Free University Tbilisi and Black Sea International University. 

Lasha is the speaker and co-author of the corporate law special course for judges with Professor of Fordham University Martin Gelter (USA) and with Judge of the Supreme Court of Georgia Nino Bakakuri. The project is performed with the support of German Institute for International Cooperation and East West Management Institute.

In 2010-2011 Lasha was a fellow of Joachim Herz Scholarship and has graduated from the Bucerius Law School.

Since 2014 Lasha in an Arbitrator and the Deputy Chairman of the Tbilisi Arbitration Institute.
