In our increasingly digitalised society, cyber law disputes are becoming more prevalent. These can involve large-scale personal data breaches, ransomware claims between the insured and the insurer, or disputes arising from the deployment and use of AI in the commercial marketplace. As these disputes increase in number and complexity, it is becoming apparent that traditional litigation systems struggle to cope with the difficult legal, jurisdictional, and technical issues that arise.

An interactive, discursive webinar on resolving commercial cyber law will explore the nature and extent of cyber law disputes, examine how the traditional litigation model fails parties, and analyse how arbitration can address this problem.
