Archil Giorgadze
Archil Giorgadze is a managing partner and founder of “MG Law Office” LLC. From 2012 till 2018 Archil was a national partner of the international law firm “Dechert” since 2012.
Archil has worked in the Ministry of Justice of Georgia, Georgian Railway LLP and the state-owned Partnership Fund. Archil has represented interests of Georgia in the International Court of Justice (Hague) against Russian Federation. He also is an arbitrator since 2009.
Archil is an Assistant professor of law school at Tbilisi Free University Law School. He is one of the founders of the National Center of Commercial Law, which is financed by the grant allocated by the USA.
Archil has graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. He is also a master of Harvard Law School.
